Alma Property Partners is a leading real estate investment company focused on the Nordic Region of Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. The company was founded in 2014 by a group of senior real estate professionals and it is owned by the management team. We leverage our extensive experience and network to find investment opportunities that are not broadly marketed (“off market” or limited competition). We seek investments across all properties sectors in the Nordics where we can create value through active asset management, ESG integration, typically in close cooperation and partnership with highly skilled and driven sector specialists.
